Honorable WTA Board members!

Thank you for your ongoing support of WTA development. With your active support and participation, WTA could work past 2 years as one of the lead organization for the implementation of the sanitation development.

As we discussed in China 2009, the 4th Board of Director's meeting will be held 25-27 April, 2010 in Gostiniy Dvor exhibition center, Moscow, Russia. The main agenda of this upcoming meeting will be Role of each WTA member country, Membership & Membership due, Fundraising Campaigns, and etc. During the meeting, we also greatly honored to invite you to attend Russian Toilet Expo&Conference. The upcoming gathering will be a great venue where related experts as well as representative from Russian government convene to set basic directions and agenda for improving of toilet infrastructure.

Round trip flight ticket, the accommodation, and meals will be provided by Russian Toilet Association. We herewith attached registration form and some information of this upcoming meeting. Please refer the documents and confirm your participation by March 10, 2010.

1. PARTICIPATION
Please fill in the registration form after reading the guidelines thoroughly.

2. REGISTRATION
Participants must fill out and send back this registration form to WTA before March 102010.

3. FLIGHT
One round-trip of Economy flight ticket is provided for you. Please check attached your flight schedule. If you would like to make any changes to the schedule, please contact with RTA before March 10, 2010. Once you confirm the flight date and time we will issue the ticket and send it to the e-mail address that you provided on the registration form.

4. PASSPORT INFORMATION
For ticket issuance, we need your passport information. Please complete the form and provide the information as shown on your passport.

5. ACCOMMODATIONS
The accommodation will be provided to you as provided flight schedule. Please let us know if there are any changes that need to be made. Please keep in mind that hotel reservations cannot be cancelled or changed after March 10, 2010. Extra overnight fee of hotel reservation will be charged to you.
